- Rental
period for Le Champiau is Saturday-Saturday, and for L'Hermitage,
Friday-Friday.
- All
gites are non-smoking, and animals are not welcome (see our revised
Terms and
Conditions).
- Special
rates for variable lengths of stay out of high season may be available,
please ask for details.
- Connecting
doors between Le grand and Le petit Champiau allow larger groups
to book together.
- Price
includes bed-linen, towels, electricity, heating, and use of the
pool and spa (Le Champiau), although an extra levy may be made
for excessive electricity consumption.
- A
cot and high-chair are available upon request (cot bed-linen not
supplied).
- We
provide all cleaning materials. We also provide a welcome pack
containing basic provisions, eg. salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and
basic food supplies for your first night's stay. Other shopping
may be possible by prior arrangement.
- We
do not provide televisions and/or CD-radios in Le Champiau in
order that guests can enjoy the calm and tranquil sounds of nature.
- The
pool and spa (at Le Champiau) are open April to October inclusive.
- Games,
books, boules are available for use in every gîte.
